<p> This show was about two Bananas dressed in Pajamas, B1 and B2.  B1 and B2 were the best of friends and lived on Cuddles Lane with their Teddy Bear friends.  The Bananas in Pajamas are known for teasing their teddy bear friends, but out of good fun of course.  They are like two peas in a pod.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Making Banana Pudding is quick and easy!  This recipe involves bananas, whipped topping, vanilla wafers and instant vanilla pudding.  Anyone can whip up this recipe in no time!    </p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding</li>
<li>4 sliced bananas</li>
<li>Whipped topping</li>
<li>1 box of vanilla wafers</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>1. Follow pudding box directions. </p>
<p>2. After pudding is mixed, cover bowl of pudding with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. </p>
<p>3. Take out a second bigger bowl and line the bottom with wafers.</p>
<p>4. Pour chilled pudding.</p>
<p>5. Add a layer of banana slices.</p>
<p>6. Repeat these layers.</p>
<p>7. Top with whipped topping.</p>
<p>8. Serve chilled.</p>

<p><strong>S</strong>, Setting goals &#8211; be ambitious and set goals, but make them realistic. </p>
<p><strong>S</strong>, Stay fit – Exercise not only sheds pounds, but also works off stress.</p>
<p> During times of stress, the body’s potassium level decreases.  Bananas give an instant boost of potassium and help normalize the heartbeat and maintain the body’s water balance.  Stress can always be managed, especially with a banana!</p>

<p>I have worked at Curry Freeze, a local ice cream shop in my hometown for three years. With this experience, I have mastered the skills to make delicious milkshakes. My personal favorite is the banana milkshake.</p>
<p>Whenever you are quenching a creamy milkshake, spice it up and add a banana! This milkshake is the perfect fix to quench your thirst! An added benefit of this delicious drink is that it replenishes your body with potassium and gives you an instant boost of energy!</p>
<p><strong>Brittany’s Banana Milkshake</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong>•</p>
<p>1 banana<br />
•6 ice cubes<br />
•2 scoops of vanilla ice cream<br />
•1 cup of milk</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
Combine all ingredients (bananas, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream and milk) into a blender. Blend until fully mixed and smooth. Blending time should not take more than 2 minutes. Serves two people.</p>
<p><strong>Variations:</strong> If you want to be more adventurous, add two tablespoons of peanut butter for some added protein and even more energy.</p>
